What is Real Art Today?

Real Art Today was an opportunity for artists to step forward and present themselves alongside their art works to a receptive art audience. Presentations were originally sequential, with each artist being introduced, giving a 20-30 minute talk beside actual art works and then answering questions from the audience, which might contain their artist peers as well as others. Hosted in 2005-06 by The Makor Steinhardt Center of the 92nd Street Y and in 2014 by Trestle Gallery. Currently looking for other venues to host events and curating podcasts to present here.
